When you are new to yoga, there are basic poses that every learning by know and feel comfortable using. Whether you practice in a yoga studio or you continue your practice in the privacy of your own home these poses are an integral part of yoga basics. There are many different types of yoga from and though the list might seem endless or confusing, there are poses that we teach to provide a solid foundation for your practice. There are more than 200 poses in the practice of yoga, but as a beginner you will only learn a few of these. Learning the Sanskrit names of each yoga pose, proper breathing technique and posture are some of the basic elements you will learn and gain comfort using.
At this level of practice, you understand the beginning poses and have adopted the correct posture to move through your practice smoothly. You will also at this point know the Sanskrit names of the poses are you are committed to learning. Our yoga instructors also provide individual attention at each level of poses so that you benefit from accurate technique that you can use in your private practice. The intermediate poses you will learn will transform you to a higher level of fitness and expand your ability to move in class and in your daily life.

Advance poses are for experienced yogis and they are powerful tools for perfecting your mind, body and breath.
