Classes for All
No matter what level of yogi you are we welcome everyone. This is a class in which everyone matters, from beginner, intermediate and masters all join in the same class. The yoga instructor modifies yoga postures to accommodate your needs and your stage of development. Our classes are designed for everyone to enjoy and to gain better understanding of their body and how to move through each yoga pose. If you are familiar with poses and are able to move at an advanced level, we invite you to do so in this class. Our yoga instructors provide attention to each level and make the practice enjoyable for everyone. There are also individual level classes that cater to intermediate and masters level students.
Classes for Beginners
It’s the first time you have ever stepped foot into a yoga class and it can seem intimidating. Westside Yoga designed this class for the new and beginner. You will learn about the variety of yoga poses and gain a high level of comfort before moving onto more advance yoga poses. Whether you are a super star athlete or a person who enjoys moderate routine exercise, it’s a good idea to start at the beginning and learn the basics of yoga from postures to breathing techniques. You will begin to see amazing progress with routine practice. Our yoga instructors move at a directed pace in which everyone can learn the details of yoga.
Classes for Men
Whether you enjoy fast paced intense workout or you were sedentary, joining the yoga for men is one of the best things you can do for your body. You’re trying something new and you will be in a setting with other men who are also keen to compliment their fitness regime with a different type of routine. Yoga workouts provide a wealth of benefits for men that reduce stress and anxiety that may come with intense work environments. Yoga exercises are also known to improve men’s sexual health by improving the muscles of your pelvis and you gain more flexibility and strength from new routines.

You already know that yoga has become wildly popular but perhaps you don’t know what it’s so beneficial for women.
